Exclusive Forrester-commissioned research: The issues with focusing on customer experience

Qubit is pleased to release the findings of the August 2013 commissioned study (“Digital Technology: The Organizational Quandary,” conducted by Forrester Consulting on behalf of Qubit) that explores the role of the growing multitude of digital marketing technologies in firms today.

Key findings:

  •  72% of marketers agree that their organisation currently runs digital marketing technology from different vendors that overlap in capability
  • 53% say that building out the mobile channel is a top two project for next year
  • Optimizing the customer experience has been a top two priority for 50% of companies over the past year
